Updated 28 March: It’s a big weekend this, and no longer because of Brexit! That might have been postponed but there is a lot still going on in Tenerife over the next few days! Today starts the new three-day Magic of Science and Technology fair in Playa la Arena, and tomorrow Friday Chio hosts new Boleros al Vino wine event and there’s the marvellous Sensaciones ‘Más que Mar’ in Los Abrigos. Also tomorrow, something very strange, mystical and devilish is going on with Las Burras de Güímar. On Saturday there’s the ever-popular Noche de tapas y vino in Playa San Juan, and over both Saturday and Sunday runners and spectators will be taking part in the Trail Fuente Alta Vilaflor. Finally, on Sunday in Santa Cruz, boxers take part in bouts including the National bantamweight title fight in Santa Cruz. However you spend the weekend, I hope you have a marvellous time.
