Santiago del Teide Ayuntamiento has announced the first Magic of Science and Technology Fair which will be held between 28 and 30 March in the Complejo Deportivo Pancracio Socas García in Playa la Arena. The council says that the event is the result of collaboration between its Youth Deparment councillor Alejandra Lecuona and the Cultural Association Entrenando Cerebritos (training brains) and Ciencia Viva (Living Science). The fair will have a range of workshops for local students between 9am and 1pm for the first two days and then on Saturday, the fair is open fully to the public between 10am and 8pm with lots of stands, demonstrations, and presentations. Entry is free. The fair has an event page on Facebook HERE and there’s more information from the Sports Centre website HERE.
