Updated 22 October: The Tenerife Cabildo has this morning formally presented the Three Continents Arts and Crafts Fair which will be held in the Recinto Ferial in Santa Cruz (just before the auditorium on the coastal way into the city) this coming Saturday, 27 October, through the whole of next week until 4 November. Some 200 artisans from South American, European and African countries will have stalls in this fifth running of the fair, which will be open 4-9pm Monday and Wednesday, 11am-9pm all other days. Entry is free.

Original post 22 February: Santa Cruz’s Recinto Ferial will be host to this year’s Feria Tricontinental de Artesanía which will be held between 27 October and 4 November. The major fair is organized by the Tenerife Cabildo and Santa Cruz Ayuntamiento, and brings together arts and crafts from three continents – Africa, America and Europe. On previous occasions, the event has attracted over 100,000 visitors, and organizers say that they again expect to have some 170 artisans from 25 countries displaying their arts and crafts at the fair, as well as providing activities, displays and exhibitions. Entry is free, and there are full details with timings and directions on THIS page of the Artesanía website; there is also a Facebook event page HERE.
