Anyone with pets in the upper La Orotava area please be careful because Cabildo Environment Department agents have found nine cats dead from what appears to be poisoning. The Cabildo says that they were found, all together, on the verge of the TF326 – Camino de Chasna – yesterday. The agents did a visual check in the area for poisoned bait and are presently carrying out analysis on the poor creatures’ bodies. Please be careful if you have animals in that area.
