Derek James Doyle MBE, British Honorary Vice Consul, Bilbao, for services to UK-Spanish relations.

British Empire Medal:

Stewart Cusden, former Chair of the British Benevolent Fund, for services to the British community in Spain;

Georgina Lynde Harvey, President of the Original Charity Shop and Library in Javea, for services to charity;
